Double Edge Up Cut Spiral Rougher
Great for medium horsepower, medium feed rates, machines with medium material hold down force, and some hand fed applications. Great ability to remove chips and heat during plunge applications helping to prevent burning. Also prevents blow-out of the bottom edge of your cut material. Can be used when edge finish is not critical. The rougher creates the smallest chip possible, which allows the best possible chip evacuation from the router table to the dust collection system. The rougher can also be used to free-up horsepower in applications with lower horsepower spindle motors. |
