Single Flute 'O' Flute Straight
Our Extended Life series allows faster feed rates and longer edge life than other tools on the market today. Our Extended Life tools when resharpened also produce excellent performance and quality results throughout the tools useful life. These 'O' Flute tools provide good clean cuts in hard and soft plastics while helping to prevent board lift and chip packing by imparting only lateral (side) forces to the material. These tools have been built with an 'O' Flute geometry which allows the chip to curl and eject better while reducing heat and preventing chip rewelding.
